With the festival season on the way, I thought let me give a hand to to start forward planning for summer.  I have compiled the ultimate guide to everything you need to know about what’s happening around the world in 2019.

Holi is considered as one of the most revered and celebrated festivals of India and it is celebrated in almost every part of the country. It is also sometimes called as the “festival of love” as on this day people get to unite together forgetting all resentments and all types of bad feeling towards each other.

The ultimate mountain party takes you from the peaks of the French Alps into the heart of charming Avoriaz and the Snowboxx Village. Two huge main stage events anchor a week of apres-ski, on-mountain concerts, igloo raves, and tropical waterpark parties. This is one wild week in France.

When: March 23-30, Avoriaz, France

Feeling nostalgic for those water fights you used to have when you were younger? Well you won’t want to miss Songkran, Chiang Mai’s annual water festival in Thailand.

This event is held to celebrate the Thai New Year and there’s no escape as locals and tourists fill the streets, armed with water pistols and buckets. It’s the perfect way to cool down in the scorching heat.

An entirely new festival taking place in the default capital of European hip-hop, this day event takes place in the western suburbs of the city at the newly built U-Arena.

Managing to secure Kendrick for the maiden voyage is quite the coup, so it appears this will be a mainstay for years to come.

One of the most popular city festivals London has to offer, my personal favourite as its less crowded with a great mix of youth. This annual party invites the best of hip-hop, RnB, electronic and the best fusion acts in between.

Nas, Wizkid and Damian Marley have been confirmed as the three headliners for a brand new London festival for 2019. The festival will bring 15,000 music lovers to the south London park each day to indulge in its lineup of hip-hop, reggae and more.

Why not wrap up the year at one of the world's natural seven wonders? After attending 2018's I can now recommend this festival! I absolutely loved the line up, set up and the fact it's held in my homeland. If you're looking for the perfect getaway, coupled with a festival, this is it!
