Itinerary

8 - 9 JULY

Today you will travel to the beautiful island of Zanzibar. Relax, unwind and take in the amazing breeze of this beautiful island once referred to as zang-bâr signifying “Black Coast’. 

After getting settled into your hotel room, with your bespoke goodie bags.

Time to enjoy dinner, some ice breakers and a glass of wine or cocktail to welcome you to Zanzibar.

 

Start our day with breakfast by the beach, and head over to Nakupenda Sandbank for a picinic (freshly prepared seafood, meat, chips and drinks)  and a creative session.

SPICE FARM & STONE TOWN 

10 JULY

Wake up to breakfast close to the beach of our hotel and afterwards travel into town for your Spice Tour where you will smell, taste and learn of the various fruits and spices of Zanzibar. Hydrate with some cold, fresh coconut water and enjoy a hearty lunch while engaging with our new friends. 

Following the Spice Tour, head to Stone Town where you will learn the history of Zanzibar serving as a transit for slaves in the East African Slave Trade. After visiting the House of Wonder, Old Fort, Palace Museum and traveling through Narrow Street, head to the the coastal town of Nungwi, where you will lodge at a bungalow overlooking the water.

11 JULY

Let's escape our hotel and sail away on our private Catamaran to Mnemba. Here in the turquoise waters of the lagoon you will enjoy some of the best snorkelling that Zanzibar has to offer on the reefs close by. Include 

  • A freshly prepared seafood lunch on board

  • Snorkelling gear (please provide fin / shoe sizes)

  • a selection of beers, wines and alcohol 

  • Delicious fruit platter 

  • Local snacks (chapati with hummus and veggie sticks, visheti, nuts)

  • Rooms to change, rest and bathrooom

REST & EXPLORE 

12 JULY

Start your morning right with a yoga class and breakfast .

 

After you'll have the day to yourself, here's your chance to explore, relax and unwind by the beach.

TURTLES & nature / give back session

13 JULY

You'll embark on a couple of days being at one with nature and animals.

  • Tortoise sanctuary visit – an opportunity to swim and spend time with the beautiful tortoise of Zanzibar

  • Jozani National Park & explore the famous jungle

Looking to connect with a local charity or orphanage to volunteer or help in any capacity ( Please express your interest in the form, if you would love this )

14 JULY

- Breakfast by beach and visit the famous Rock Restaurant 

- Prison Island Tour - take a boat to the famous prison Island 

- Cooking Class teaching us how to prepare a local dish

- Bar Crawl and Beach Party

RELAX & PREPARE FOR OUR SUNSET BOAT PARTY

15 JULY

Today is a day for relaxation and fun as you spend the afternoon enjoying the sun.

 

 

On Our last night we will enjoy a sunset boat party, listening to music and sipping a glass of wine while watching the African sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Return to party, with a BBQ prepared and soak up the  final moments.
